As a land sales broker, I am seeing an increased interest in the purchase of raw land, not only for business investment, but also land-banking for the future. As land, especially in the urban areas becomes scarce, prices are at a premium, not only because of supply and demand but also inflation. Large quantities of agricultural land are being purchased by corporate and government entities.
